Help for Carers
Oxford Carers Centre 01865 205192, provides support, information and advocacy for adult and young carers
It also provides the Oxford Carers Befriending Service.
Respite/befriending care provided for a couple of hours per week usually in the carer's own home, whilst the carer goes out for some time for themselves.
